Bed of Roses

今天我对一位朋友说：

“You must have faith in Life, in God and in yourself”

这句话说来容易，但做起来却很难。有多少次，你对周遭的一切感到绝望？就像全世界联手对付你一个一样。又有多少次，你觉得你已经走到了世界的尽头？再往前一步，就会跌得粉身碎骨。

我相信我那位朋友现在应该就是这种感觉吧。明明就很努力了，不过却一点用也没有，还离目标越来越远。真的好沮丧，好无助。。。

曾经，我在Paul Coelho的The Alchemist读到这句话：

“When you really want something to happen, the whole universe conspires so that your wish comes true”

真的是这样吗？生命真的可以那么为所欲为吗？

Actually, I’m not even asking for a bed of roses. I just want a stalk, can?
